Cricut Studio: Cricut Studio - How is this company?....?

Ok, I put in a donation request into provo craft for a cricut expression because I make cards for a charity. It is for breast cancer and I was wondering if anyone knows if provo craft is “good” so to speak with donations. I mean do they turn every one down or do they really consider, like the website claims they do?
