my computer is windows vista hoime premium. every thing was fine until two days ago, the mail will not accept the att e mails, they are both, yahoo and att be in sync, they were but all of a sudden there not, help??? Cricut

I am not altogether clear on what you are asking, BUT… if you have several accounts for email, you might find that the emails that you cannot get are addressed to the ‘other’ account/s. BT have recentley change the citerea for mail where the accounts MUST be verified, for this you need to go to your webmail, sign in and go to the email page, in the top right corner you will see ‘options’ go there and click accounts, and add the email account. This will need then to be verified, you will get a mail with an authentication code included which you must add in the box that is presented, I have found it quicker to open a new tab and go into mail through the new tab, wait for the mail, open it then highlight the code and paste it into the box before closing everything….
