Were on Amazon did you find an idea book for Cricut Cutter? I have tried putting in every word I could think of to find a design book. What words did you type in bring up the idea book? Thank You

I am unsure of the words in your question “Cricut Cutter” but I went to Amazon and made sure ‘books’ was in the first search box toward the left on the top of the page, and I put ‘The Idea Book’ in the second search box there.
A great many Idea Books came up, many that looked interesting, one or two even on the first page that mention ‘design’ in the titles… take a look and I hope you find the book you’re searching for.
Oh, and keep hitting the word ‘Next’ at the bottom of each page if you don’t see what you want right away.
