Cricut Studio - Cricut Expression Tips - Q&A: Is the Cricut Express worth $289.97 (walmart)?

Question by Melissa: Is the Cricut Express worth 9.97 (walmart)?
I am just getting back into srcapbooking and the last time i did it was when i was like 7 y/o so i didn’t really know what i was doing but now i want to make them look professional. I heard about the cricut expression and was wondering if it really is as good as they say.

PS if you have any tips for me i will be glad to have them

I have the cricut expression and I love it. I don’t scrapbook but I teach preschool and use it there a lot. I guess you really need to decide how dedicated you are going to be to scrapbooking. There is a lot of added expense. You have to buy new mats a lot if you use the machine a lot. For scrapbooking I would imagine you would have to buy a lot of different cartridges. They are expensive (around 50 bucks each) unless you buy them used on ebay or amazon or something. So really you have to decide if you want to pay that much for it or if you would rather just buy stickers.
